Thank you for joining me as I reflect back on my trip and food adventures. Enjoy~
After having a delicious dinner at Mi Tio Steak House, we headed out for some dessert. Of course we saved room for dessert!
Since I hadn’t had the chance to grab some good bubble tea on my trip back, we decided to stop by Kung Fu Tea so I could grab a cup to go.
Here’s a quick snapshot of me and my Kung Fu Milk Tea with bubbles! Please excuse my tiredness. You could probably see my panda eyes below from Mars.
In any case, this was one of the best bubble teas I have had in a very long time. The balls were perfectly chewy and even though my drink was cold, they did not harden too much. The milk tea itself was also great. Sweet, but not too sweet! I happily nursed this drink on my drive home.
As if that wasn’t enough dessert, I left my bubble tea in the car while we stopped for some ice cream!
This classic local place was delightful. There were knick knacks all over the place inside!
I was really torn between which flavors to order, but I eventually ordered the Mint Chip Sundae. The price difference between just ordering the ice cream versus the ice cream with chocolate syrup and additional toppings made ordering the sundae just a little bit better.
It arrived, but I couldn’t finish it all! It was such a shame that I did not! The ice cream was fresh and delicious. I can see why it was so crowded and the ice cream was well worth the wait.
To make us sound less like gluttons, I should note that only I picked up a cup of bubble tea to accompany on my long drive home. As for the ice cream, well…there’s always room for ice cream!
