For the last few months, I’ve been introducing “solids” to Baby Munchimunch aka baby girl.
I find it easy enough to make homemade baby food. I always use ingredients I have at hand and it never takes me more then 10-15 minutes at a time.
I started off with a tablespoon or two of finely mushed vegetables or fruits of a single variety and have recently entered the realm of mixed vegetables, fruits, and other assorted items for more complex tastes and textures.
She has accepted and eaten everything offered to her! I am extremely lucky.
Tonight, I prepped some food for daycare. It only took me 10 minutes!
1 Bartlett pear
2 ounces of puree pumpkin
1. Use a fork and mash all the fruits together.
2. Separate into 2 ounces servings. Makes 3 servings.
3. Store in the refrigerator in air tight containers for up to 3 days.
